2. Irregularly piled materials are poured into the storage silo, the silo conveying through photoelectric sensing, the system control action, the material will be transported to the lifting unit, the lateral material separation unit.
3.The transverse dividing unit conveys the material to the material handling rollers for material handling as required by the system.
4.The material management roller is composed of 11 sets of power, servo drive, photoelectric sensing, motion controller control, will be piled up materials: sorting, rejection, pull distance; more materials fall back to the storage silo recycling, sorting out the materials one by one order to send out the bagging machine to complete the material management work.
5.According to the requirements of the back-end process on the direction of the material, the material sent out can be equipped with visual inspection + turning machine to realize the function of direction unification.
