Two French customers checked and accepted one palletising robot because of its excellent performance last Sunday.
They arrived at our company at 9:30, but our salesman prepared for it one hour ago. Such as our president, exclusive engineer and necessary samples. We manned exclusive personnel every link. The robot can pick and place one after another row of jars successfully. Also, it's so after the customers asked us to change bigger ones even though they were with water. When one customer saw one row of samples were not so completely tight on suckers, he wanted to rock it. but the samples never fall. Thus, he can't help doing thumb up. Later, our engineer showed how to run it. And he changed Chinese into French in order to make customers understand his presentation. If the customers had any doubt, our engineer slowed down to help them to master it.
We must ask our customers to check and accept products before they are shipped. Also, debugs must be done before that.
